Summary

WristWarden collects nothing. The developer operates no servers, receives no data from the app, and has no access to your vault, credentials, or usage.

What the app stores, and where

Everything stays on your Apple Watch:

Your vault is cached on the device in the encrypted form your server sent it.
Your account key and session tokens are held in the device Keychain.
If you set a PIN, it is not stored; a key derived from it is used to wrap your account key.
Your master password is never written to storage and never transmitted. Only the standard authentication hash defined by the vault protocol is sent to your server when signing in.

Signing out, or removing the app, deletes this data from the device.

Network connections

The app connects only to the vault server address that you enter. There are no analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporters, or third-party SDKs of any kind. No connection is ever made to the developer.

Data shared with third parties

None. The developer has no data to share, sell, or disclose.

Your server operator

The vault server you choose is operated by you or by a provider you select. Its handling of your data is governed by that operator's own policy, not this one.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
